London Trainers

4D Fitness originated in South West London in 1998 and covered areas including Putney, Fulham, Wimbledon, Wandsworth, Barnes and Richmond. We now have a number of web sites, including Personal Trainer London .co.uk and London Personal Trainer .com, that offer training advice and details of our services to clients across London.

We are very proud of our London affiliations, and consistently work to achieve our goal of ensuring that London clients have access to the highest standards of personal training available anywhere in the world.

The modern, western environment presents a number of problems for the biomechanical and functional systems of the human body. These changes to living and working environments have occurred so fast that usual evolutionary adaptations to compensate have not yet had time to develop. We believe it is a key responsibility of a personal trainer to deliver specific solutions to counter balance the effects of these environmental factors for clients in London, or any urbanised environment.

For example, people living and working in urban environments like London must deal with unnatural factors like sitting too much, walking on hard flat surfaces, irritated intestines, driving, using computers, holding phones, decreased oxygen availability, increased exposure to toxins, etc.. It is relatively simple to counteract these factors using modern developments in technology and a sophisticated understanding of the human body.
