Through researching techniques for improving elements such as balance, timing, breathing, digestion, core function and movement skills we developed a unique toolkit of solutions for enhancing performance. It has become apparent that this toolkit is in fact the missing link for a human body trying to maintain functional health and performance in modern, western environments.
We have taken this toolkit and applied it to a number of specific fields, creating a portfolio of programmes specific to certain fields and population groups:
